Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

1. Incase of physical damage, warranty, guarantee or other replacement condition of the product transportation charges will be provided by the company.
2. In case order is pending, not dispatched

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it and must be in the original packaging.

We suggest to make video while unboxing the order received.

Return can be booked within 2 days of receiving the order by customer.

If payments are made by credit card or debit card by transaction fee will be deducted from the maount if customer asks for in his account.

Or there will be no deduction if customer purchase another item of same or more value.

If reason and product for return of product is found genuine after inspection amount will be refunded in next 3 days.

Inspection of returned item will be done on video call with customer.
